| No Shame Auctions Present: The 10 Year Anniversary of Space Cadets! A Star Trek Fan Film! 1996-2006 Image a parody of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, thrown in with a mixture of the past sci-fi B-movies packed with sick belly laughs, and you have one of the weirdest, bizarre but funniest short film based on the original Star Trek series! This short film was shot in 1995 and was released on a local public access television on April 1st, 1996. This year had three important dates: 1996 was Star Trek's 30th Anniversary! Plus, April 1st was also my birthday! And for those familiar with the backstory involving Khan in Space Speed, 1996 was also the year Captain Kirk discovered Khan abroad the S.S. Botany Bay! In celebration of Space Cadets 10th anniversary, as well as Star Trek's 40th Anniversary, I present to you my labor of love, which included all my hard work in writing the script, acting, directing, and most important, perseverance.
